FAQ

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

No need :). You can try Plug&Pay for free for 14 days before we debit an initial payment from your account. Don't like it? Then just cancel it within those 14 days, free of charge.

Do I need to have a Mollie account?

Plug&Pay currently only integrates with Mollie as a payment service provider. You can either connect your existing Mollie account or create a new Mollie account immediately after installing Plug&Pay. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use Plug&Pay without Mollie.

What if I already have another payment system?

No problem at all. Plug&Pay is a stand-alone tool that allows you to create separate payment pages. Plug&Pay connects to your Mollie account but you can also use Plug&Pay alongside your existing payment system or even switch over when your old webshop / payment system has become obsolete.

What is the duration of the agreement?

As long as the subscription you choose. For example, a monthly subscription can be terminated per month and an annual subscription per year. Subscriptions are automatically renewed and we will always remind you beforehand via e-mail.

Can I change my subscription afterwards?

Yes, if you start with a monthly subscription, for example, you can change it later to an annual subscription and still benefit from the discount.

Will I be able to use my own domain name?

Yes, you can register your domain name anywhere and connect it to your Plug&Pay account. This can be on a root domain such as yoursite.com, but you can display your checkouts on a subdomain, such as checkout.yoursite.com or shop.yoursite.com.

Can I process more than 2500 transactions per month?

Yes, you can! We have adjusted pricing if you process more than 2500 transactions per month.

At < 10,000 transactions the cost is €1.750 excl. VAT p/y extra
At < 25,000 transactions the cost is € 2,500 excl. VAT p/y extra
At < 50,000 transactions the cost is €3,000 excl. VAT p/y extra
